A versatile actor and performer, Novotny headlines comedy clubs throughout the United States , worked at the Brave New Workshop, owned and operated The Comedy Caberet, and has written for “Saturday Night Live” and the comic strip, “Strange Brew”.

“Audience members are always coming up to me after my show and telling me… ‘It’s really refreshing to hear good CLEAN comedy!’ …I love to perform, and I pride myself in doing my comedy show without profanity or vulgarity,” says Scott Novotny.

Mary Rowles was born and raised in Minneapolis . Her comedy career began in 1987 when she appeared in the Dudley Riggs Theatre All Female Review, “What’s so Funny about Being Female?”

She currently tours the country spreading her contagious comedy. A gifted actor, Rowles gives an audience a fun ride as she weaves in and out of her hilarious characters, original songs, provoking monologues and memorable audience participation.
